We adapt our discovery methods to your purposes by selecting target-binding drug candidates from your DNA-encoded libraries. We probe your libraries using a patented decoding approach designed to reduce both false positives and false negatives via in situ target binding assays in individual wells of Next Generation Sequencing arrays. All identified compounds and corresponding IP remain entirely yours. Our goal is simply to provide you the greatest possible visibility into the value of your libraries by determining the affinity of each library member.
We provide you with quantitative information on the binding affinity, association and dissociation rates of target-binding molecules in your DNA-encoded libraries without the need to first perform de novo compound synthesis. What differs about our approach is that we directly measure binding affinities of encoded molecules rather than relying on indirect estimates like PCR copy number. The result is that you get a quantitative affinity measure for every target-binding molecule in your library without troublesome false positives, false negatives or amplification artifacts.
